Please be aware that your invoice is sent to you via email, if you have not supplied an email address we will send your email in the post. If you are unable to locate the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
The invoice is not included in the parcel. Instead it is sent via email three days after your order has been dispatched. If you did not receive your invoice, it can be found within your customer account and printed off if required. To do so, please go to your account, select the respective order and click on Order Details.
On the bottom left corner you can find a link to your invoice.
