You'll find a tracking number for your orders by clicking here. Here you can locate and track the progress of your order.
Under My Account select My Orders where you can locate an overview of your orders. By clicking on the Track Delivery button you will be automatically forwarded to the Parcelforce track and trace webpage where you can view the status of your order. If you click the live map it will give you an estimated delivery time slot.
All our parcels are handled by Parcelforce. Due to the nature of the contents they will require a signature as proof of delivery, therefore if you are not in they will attempt to leave it a neighbour or they will leave a delivery card so you can contact them to rearrange a delivery.
Once your wine is dispatched from the warehouse we will send you an email containing the tracking information so you track the progress of order. All you will need to do is to click the link and it will forward you to the Parcelforce track and trace page.
If you are unable to find the tracking number in your customer account, please contact our customer service team. We'll be happy to help you and will be able to provide you this information, which you can then use to visit the Parcelforce website.
